We have proudly supported multiple counties and cities in Washington State in developing Climate Resilience plans, a new Comprehensive Plan component required by the Growth Management Act and funded by the State’s Climate Commitment Act.

Moses Lake Environmental Impact Statement (2026)
Supporting development of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to support Moses Lake’s 2027 Comprehensive Plan update. The EIS evaluates potential impacts and mitigation options for the City’s three growth alternatives for 2027-2047.
Benton City Comprehensive Flood HMP (2026)
Supporting the development of Benton City’s first-ever Comprehensive Flood Hazard Management Plan by conducting flood exposure and risk analysis, engaging local stakeholders and the public, and developing policies to help guide the city in its management of the new FEMA floodplain map.
Douglas County Hazard Mitigation Plan (2026)
Supporting the periodic update of Douglas County’s HMP by leading public participation and providing technical support to help integrate local hazard insights and Washington State Climate Resilience Planning requirements.
Wenatchee River and Icicle Creek Recreation Management Plan (2025)
We supported Chelan County, the City of Leavenworth, and multiple partners in implementing a new program to protect critical waterways while encouraging responsible recreation. As part of this effort, we developed and orchestrated the public education and engagement strategy in Summer 2025.
